Venue/Lodging Information
The conference will take place at the Fairmont Banff Springs in Banff, Canada, located at 405 Spray Avenue, Banff. A special conference rate has been negotiated and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of these prices. Keep in mind that all rates are in CAD. The rates also include unlimited business internet access for all guests.
Important Information: We have been informed that dates before November 6 will not be available at the Fairmont Banff Spring hotel. If you are arriving early, you will need to make other lodging arrangements in Banff for those days.
Fairmont Room:
Single: $263 CAD/night
Double: $277 CAD/night
